How do we design AI that solves real problems without removing human critical thinking?
AI black boxes make it difficult for users to trust outputs or maintain critical thinking.
Currently exploring this through an AI stakeholder synthesis tool, addressing a pain point I experienced while using principles for creating more trust in AI/UX design.
The project focuses on:
- Transparent AI reasoning and logic
- Validation loops to include user feedback
- Clear confidence communication
- Maintaining human agency
Establishing patterns and behaviours of AI that utilise human thinking rather than replace it.
