Hi i'm Jessie!

I began my journey as graphic designer, but shifted to product design when I couldn’t stop poking at how things worked. Turns out asking “why” all the time is a valid job - not just something that makes you sound like a curious toddler.

Things that bring me joy - bedroom dj-ing, baking and sodoku.

Experience

The Art Of Balancing
I believe great design exists at the intersection of user needs and business objectives. This can be achieved through strategic decisions and utilising data to create solutions that are valuable for both parties.

Systems Thinking
Considering the broader ecosystem is very important to me. Adopting a systems thinking approach allows me to consider the product and it’s impact on stakeholders, product vision and users which leads to more effect and impactful solutions.

Seek Clarity
Effective design goes beyond visuals - it’s about collaboration and clarity. Maintaining open communication ensures alignment, reduces uncertainty, and allows projects to progress seamlessly without unnecessary roadblocks.
